2016 Resolution Run


Make it your resolution to get off the
couch and run 5k or 10k in 2016.
It's virtually nothing.


What is Virtual Running? 
Virtual Running is a running event for the modern-day busy runner. There is not one location that you need to go to and not one select day that you must complete the run. It is your way of taking part in a running event on the day that you want, at the time that you want, in the place that you want.

Step 1: Sign-up!
- Choose a running goal; 5km or 10km.
- Like the facebook page.
- Click the button below to sign-up for the run.



Step 2: Train & raise money!
Tell all your friends, raise awareness and raise money to motivate you in to running.
Do some training. There is a good 5km guide here!

Step 3: Run, run, run!
Run your selected distance at the time and place of your choosing.
You MUST take a screenshot of your distance and time using a running app. Popular choices are Runkeeper, Strava, MapMyRun, Runtastic

Step 4: Receive your medal and goody bag!
Send a picture of your running time.
Donate any extra sponsorship money through the justgiving website.
Receive a goody bag with professionally made metal medallion, race completion certificate and bag filled with goodies.
